Every GAINSTAPE order is backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your tape measure doesn't earn a spot in your gym bag, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
How to start a return
Email us at supportcentral.co@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We reply within one business day and will walk you through the next steps. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — we'll confirm the return address first.
Condition
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item should be in its original condition with any packaging. We understand normal handling happens — if something's wrong with the product itself, tell us and we'll sort it out.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few extra days to appear.
Return shipping
